Created during the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008, the CMLA (Mediterranean Committee of the Associated Wrestling) organizes from May 7 till 9 its first championship. The city of Istanbul has been selected to celebrate the first championship. It's in exceptional condition and a perfect organization orchestrated by Mrs. Rodica Yaksi, CMLA General Secretary, which begins this morning Free Style bouts. Mr Didier Sauvaire, President of CMLA and his Vice-President, Mr. Ibnou Zahir thanked the 15 countries on 22 members of CMLA, have responded to this contest coming events of the championship in a spirit of fair play and friendship.
